10 Steps: The Communist Manifesto in the United States
-->
Chapter I
Simply Speaking About Complex Issues
The Communist Manifesto in the United
States
1.
Abolition of property in land and application
of all rents of land to public purposes.
The first national park was Yellowstone
National Park which was signed into law by President Ulysses S. Grant on March 1, 1872, it contains an area of 3,468.4
square miles including lakes, canyons, rivers, and mountains, and this began
the process of taking private property in land and applying it to public purposes.
Part of the Square Deal by Theodore Roosevelt the [Antiquities Act of June 8, 1906], which
allowed the government to restrict use of private and public land by executive
order. Part of the [National Park Service Organic Act] enacted August 25, 1916, signed
by Woodrow Wilson established the [National Park Service (NPS)], an agency
of the United States Department of the Interior to oversee the management
national parks and monuments. Which was opposed by the United States Forestry Service director Gifford Pinchot among many others at the time, back then each park
was managed individually in connection with the Forest Service and the U.S.
Army in some cases. This change led to government regulated land preserves,
national forests, etc. that are usually the first things shut down by the
government in times of financial trouble, then they could be given to the United Nations to regulate like we did
signed January 18/19, 1996 by Bill Clinton the [Executive Order 12986] the International Union for Conservation of
Nature and Natural Resources. This allowed the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization
(UNESCO) to secure them as World
Heritage Sites, which is a place that is listed as special cultural or
physical significance by UNESCO. The list is regulated by the International
World Heritage Program administered by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee,
including 21 states parties that are elected by their General Assembly, there
are 936 sites listed including 725 cultural, 183 natural, and 28 mixed
properties in 153 States Parties.
Communism calls for no right to private property and the state
regulating it all; they call this common ownership or even say it’s owned by
the people to trick them into supporting them.
Another example in the United States which falls under step 7 of the
manifesto is Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac which have put around 50% of the
nation’s mortgages in the control of the government who will now start renting
them out.
2.
A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Part of The New Freedom by Woodrow Wilson the Revenue Act of 1913, which established a progressive income tax. Meaning the higher the income the higher
the tax, for example at one time Elvis was only getting less than 10% of his
income the rest was going to taxes. At the end of WWII FDR had the top income
tax rate at 91%, JFK lowered it to 70%, then Reagan lowered it even further,
Ronald Reagan once said he would only make 2 movies a year because anything
else above that the government would get most of it. This shows an example of
how the progressive tax takes away the reward of advancing and rewards those
who do not, which creates a mindset in people to not want to advance for
themselves or their family. Today this is obvious with the top 10% income bracket
paying 50% of the taxes, while near 50% of the population pay no taxes at all.
Those who do not pay taxes allow those who do to support them just like our
public sector relies on the support of our private sector, and some of these
people actually get tax returns even though they do not have jobs and do not
pay any taxes at all. On top of all of that the progressive Federal Income Tax
is unconstitutional because it is a direct tax and it is not apportioned among
the population, for example the gas tax helps fund road repairs and the
property tax helps pay for schools in that area. Also the tax is on labor not
profits or gains which is unconstitutional as stated by the Supreme Court, and
it goes against the fifth amendment of incriminating yourself filling out the
1040 forms. A copy of the first form that was dated 1913 (when the 16th
Amendment was pushed through) can be found at the IRS website which shows that
only those with incomes of $3,000 (which adjusted for inflation is equivalent
to $68,612 in 2011) or more were instructed to file.
3.
Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
Part of the New Freedom by Woodrow Wilson
the Revenue Act of 1916, which introduced the Federal Estate Tax or “Death Tax” (inheritance tax) which allowed
taxation on savings that were already taxed when they were earned.
4.
Confiscation of the property of all emigrants
and rebels. Requires no explanation
5.
Centralization of credit in the hands of the
State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
Part of the New Freedom by Woodrow Wilson
the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, which created the Federal Reserve based on
the “Aldrich Plan”. Aldrich was the
head of the bipartisan National Monetary
Commission in charge of finding a new banking system due to the panics
created by J.P. Morgan; he was the
father-in-law of John D. Rockefeller Jr.
and was suspected of supporting Morgan and Rockefeller. While the Morgan, Rockefellers, and Aldrich were related here in the United States so
were Rothschild, Warburg, and Schiff from
Europe who helped Aldrich write his plan. One source says seven people met
at a J.P. Morgan Estate off the coast of Georgia
at Jekyll Island in 1910, among these people were 2 of Rockefeller’s men
Paul Rich and Frank Vandilem, 2 of Morgan’s men Henry P. Davidson and Charles
D. Norton, along with Paul Warburg, A. P. Andrew, and Aldrich. Central banks
cause debt, hyperinflation (meaning each Dollar printed is worth less), and
then bankruptcy by charging interest for every dollar that is printed,
requiring more dollars to be printed to pay the interest on the debt, and some
say we gave the central bank owners our nations gold under FDR as collateral on
our debt. The Federal Reserve takes
the issue of currency out of the Congress’s control, and puts it in the hands
of a group of offshore bankers. This has helped lead to tyranny which is just
when corrupt individuals control government, which they do through offering the
money they print.
6.
Centralization of the means of communication
and transport in the hands on the State. Part of the [New Deal] by Franklin Delano
Roosevelt the Communications Act of
1934 established the [Federal
Communications Commission (FCC)], it is charged with regulating all
non-federal government use of the radio spectrum (including radio and
television broadcasting), and all interstate telecommunications (wire,
satellite, and cable) as well as all international communications that
originate or terminate in the United States.. Also on December 21, 2010 Net Neutrality was pushed through by the FCC and
it gave the government control to regulate the internet, 80 websites were
banned from America that day alone. Also another aspect to keep in mind is that
one of the international companies owned by the central bank owners is General Electric which owns 49% of NBC along with Comcast who owns 51%,
together they own A & E, Biography Channel, Crime and Investigation
Network, History Channel, History International, Lifetime, and MSNBC among many
others can filter the content before it gets to us, and this is just one
example. Also the government, corporations owned by them, and the media merged
in 1921 under Woodrow Wilson with the
creation of the [Council on Foreign
Relations (CFR)] an example is General
Electric again who is on the corporate roster list, with a CEO that sits on
Barack Hussein Obama's Economic Advisory Council and fulfills the agenda of our
communist/ internationalist government. The CFR was said to have started as a
way policy makers could teach the media the information about and the policies
and the result of policies along with the right things to say to the people to
get us to support or reject certain things to make us fall into place in their
plans, so the policy makers educated the media members and they educated us to
a certain way of thinking to play along with their game.
The Interstate
Commerce Act of 1887 by Grover
Cleveland established the Interstate
Commerce Commission (ICC) which was charged with regulating railroads (and
later trucking) to ensure fair rates, to eliminate rate discrimination, and to
regulate other aspects of common carries, including bus lines and telephone
companies. During the Square Deal in
the 1904 campaign it was used heavily by Theodore
Roosevelt as he targeted the railroad industry, then in 1995 it was
abolished and its functions were transferred to the Surface Transportation
board.
7.
Extension of factories and instruments of
production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of wastelands and
the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. It includes Nationalizing or socializing
industries, businesses, companies, etc. and putting them under government
regulation, a good example of this is Federal
Government Acquired Corporations which include 2 different types. Incidental
Government Corporation which are temporary as a result of seizure of a
debtor, and Government Acquired
Corporation which are permanent as a result of the government purchasing
stock or assets because the business was deemed too big to fail. Examples of
these include Citigroup, AIG, Bank of America, J. P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo,
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, GM, and Ally Financial which was GMAC Financial.
The [Government Sponsored Enterprises
(GSE)] includes Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac giving the government
control of around 50% of the nation’s mortgages and even more property.
8.
Equal liability to all of labor.
Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. Labor
Unions which destroy businesses from inside specifically international and
public sector unions, “Workers of the
World, Unite!” a famous communist saying used still today. Part of the New Deal by FDR the [National Relations Act or Wagner Act] was
included in the Second New Deal 1934-1936
promoted labor unions, and prior to that he passed the National Recovery Act on March 4 of 1933. Which gave workers the
right to organize into unions, one passage was, “Employees shall have the right
to organize and bargain collectively through representation of their own
choosing, and shall be free from interference, restraint, or coercion of
employers.” This portion known as 7(a) was symbolic to the workers in the
United States because it stripped employers of their rights the either coerce
them or refuse to bargain with them. Even though the members of the union may
not be corrupt, many of those at the top are corrupt which helps the communist
who they are working with take control of the nations businesses from within.
The public sector union member makes around double the
pay of the private sector union member and expects to get a pension, which
means they continue getting a salary even after they are retired, and the tax
payers have to continue paying for it.
9.
Combination of agriculture with manufacturing
industries: gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a
more equable distribution of the population over the country. Part of the [New Deal] by FDR the [Agriculture
Adjustment Act enacted May 12, 1933] which restricted agricultural
production by paying farmers subsidies not to plant part of their land and to
kill off excess livestock. The purpose they said was to reduce crop surplus to
raise value, so they had to plow up 10 million acres of growing cotton, along
with other crops left to rot, as well as 6 million small pigs killed and
discarded. This was the progressive government’s idea of how to deal with the
situation, so I guess they didn’t try asking hungry volunteers to help harvest
and distribute the food to other hungry Americans. They did not seems to use
any charity with the crops and pigs that went to waste and could have been put
to good use by those hungry at food banks across the nation. The price of
produce is still regulated by restricting growing crops to this day by paying
farmers not to farm the land among other regulations, and most grocery stores
charge the same price for produce. For an example of the price regulating just
look at a couple grocery store sales papers and compare the price of bananas,
strawberries, or any fruit or vegetable. By the way in 2012 we will be
exporting more oil than any other export, and this is at a time when we are
reaching extremely high prices. This is a perfect example of controlling or
regulating the market for their own purposes, they just decrease supply &
increase demand.
10.
Free education for all children in public
schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form, combination
of education with industrial production, &c, &c. Part of the [Great Society] by LBJ the [Elementary and Second Education] enacted
April 11, 1965 which ended the long standing taboo of providing significant aid
to public education, and allowed more government regulation of the education
and filtering of the content. On top of that signed by Jimmy Carter October 16, 1979 the [Department of Education Act] which began operation May 16, 1980
improved the coordination of the federal government education programs and
activities. This gave the government more control of what is taught in the
schools to make the children view subjects a certain way, the way that will
help them be part of the collective and flow right into the system that is
prepared for them by the progressive government and labor union staff
supporters. The public schools help to replace the family with government, and
it does not teach trades or knowledge used when they become adults, in fact
many famous people including Edison were home schooled. “The education of all children, from the moment that they can get along
without a mothers care shall be in state institutions.” Karl Marx;
[National Education
Association (NEA)] is the largest labor union in the United States and it
represents teachers, faculty, and staff members, it has been accused of putting
the teacher’s interest ahead of the students among many other complaints. Many
times the teacher cannot be fired or punished because of the union, so they are
sent to a timeout room where they do nothing all day long and tax payers
continue to pay their salary.
The first free public school in America was the
Syms-Eaton Academy (1634) in Hampton, Virginia according to Wikipedia, though
one source says that the structure of our modern public school system is based
more on what was first implemented in Prussia in 1819, it had 5 goals in mind
and they were to create:
1) Obedient workers for the
mines
2) Obedient soldiers for the
army
3) Well subordinated civil
servants
4) Well subordinated clerks
to industry
5) Citizens who thought
alike about major issues
Does all of this not sound like a perfect way to steal
the nation away from the founder’s relatives after many generations have
passed? These people have done a wonderful job of taking resources and anything
else they want from every other nation on the planet with these 10 steps. While
we bicker back and forth about the opinions of our political leaders and their
party, or worry more about what is happening in sports, or to which celebrity
this week and the drama that resulted they are stealing our nations and the rest
of the world’s wealth and resources.
The Communist Manifesto (1848) written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels includes
10 steps for transforming a free nation into a communist controlled one, by
socializing all aspects of it and transferring control of the nation to
government hands from its private citizens. Socialism can be viewed as
redistribution of wealth on a national level with a big national government,
and communism can be viewed as redistribution of wealth on a global level (but
not the communist leader’s money) with a global government controlling the
national governments as well. By putting these 10 steps in place, those at the
top of the communist structure can regulate every aspect of the nation. From
the economy with the currency and the market, to the businesses being
controlled and destroyed from within by the unions, as well as controlling what
is taught to the children which are the nation’s future. With these regulations
they put many companies out of business, just like their policies do to the
country, or they can buy or take them over through the government which they
also control. What is left in America is government controlled and union ran
businesses that cannot compete with the rest of the world because of the
regulations and high taxes (2nd highest in the world). So America has become a consumption nation
with around 70% of the government being funded by taxes placed on product
purchases, while other countries like china (with their cheap child labor) rely
on product production for revenue like we used to do before the Progressives/
communist got control here. The
Manifesto has been used worldwide to bring it together under Communism or a
global government, the point of Communism is to place all the governments of
the world in the control of the central bank owner’s. This is being done through
the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR),
United Nations (UN), Trilateral Commission, The Bank of International Settlements (BIS)
with more than 57 Central Banks worldwide, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the World Bank Group. Families like the Rockefeller ($300-600 billion), Rothschild
(as much as $6 trillion or more, in case you’re wondering that's 6 million
million dollars), Morgan, and Warburg among others are the owners of
these and many of them are high level Freemasons
or Rosicrucian and also members of the Bilderburg
Group, who have invested in and controlled the United States for a very
long time mostly in secret. Their
relatives have even tried placing central banks here 2 times before in the past
and both were dismantled, the first Central Bank of America was dismantled by
President Madison in the Constitution of the United States. Then he granted the
power to create the currency and determine the value to the Congress, not to a
privately owned currency creator that is hiding behind the name federal. The
second Central Bank was dismantled by Andrew Jackson who was able to return to
the Constitutional banking and balance the national debt. He had many attempts of assassination on his
life by the Central Bank owners throughout his life, and their relatives were
those who had JFK assassinated because of his Executive Order to dismantle the
third Central Bank the Federal Reserve.
Please understand these people are very serious about the resources here
in America and do not want to lose their way of life or control they have
worked so hard to trick people into accepting, and they will do anything to
succeed in their conquest.
“From each according to their ability, to each according to their need”
Karl Marx
As weird as it may seem these 10 steps are in place here in America, they are hidden in the very fabric of our society today, the communist have done well slowly putting each one in place.
